KNOW ALL PPT BY THESE PRESENTS that the Chatham Trust
Company, a corporation duly established by law and having its
usual place of business at Chatham, Barnstable County, J.Iass-
achusetts, assignee of Levi W. D. Eldridge, the mortgagee named
in a certain mortgage deed given by Valentine K. Flicker son of
Harwich in said county dated January 9, 1926 ,and recorded in
the Registry of Leeds for said County 3ook 429, Page 341 f the
assignment thereof from said Eldridge to said Chatham Trust
Company being dated April 1, A. L. 1927 and recorded as aforesaid
Book 4*flT, Page 328, in consideration of Twenty-one Hundred Dol-
lars, (£2100.00), to it paid by Levi W. D. Eldridge of said
Chatham, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
assign, transfer and set over to the said Levi W. D. Eldridge
the said mortgage deed, the real estate thereby conveyed and the I
note and claim thereby secured.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the sane to the said Levi W. D.
Eldridge and his heirs and assigns to their own use and behoof
forever.

Ill WITNESS WHEREOF the said Chatham Trust Company has
caused its corporate seal to be hereto affixed and these
